Determined the utility of the Behavior Problem Checklist (BPC) with preschool children. Found the BPC sensitive in differentiating clinical from nonclinical groups. Findings suggest that the Behavior Problem Checklist, although not specifically designed to assess preschool age children, may be effective with this population. (Author)

A study of student paraprofessional peer counselors showed the California Psychological Inventory (CPI) to be useful in rating the effectiveness of Freshman Assistants. The underlying structure of the Depression scale of the revised Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2) was studied using dichotomous Rasch model and factor analysis with the normative sample of 2,600 subjects.
