This paper reports on evaluations of a projective measure of self-esteem adapted from the Tasks of Emotional Development (TED). Peer reviewedMostkoff, Debra L.; Lazarus, Phillip J. – Psychology in the Schools, 1983
Investigates an objective scoring system in terms of interrater reliabiltiy and test-retest reliability, using drawings from 50 elementary students. Results confirmed the reliability of the scoring system and suggest differences in drawings may be due to a child's mood changes rather than the instability of the instrument. (Author/JAC)

Mendelsohn, Mark; Linden, James – 1971
The development of an objective diagnostic scale to measure atypical behavior is discussed. The Atypical Response Scale (ARS) is a structured projective test consisting of 17 items, each weighted 1, 2, or 3, that were tested for convergence and reliability.
