With increasing changes in the roles of men and women, it has become important to gain a clearer understanding of the factors that influence sex-role development. This article is directed to teachers and contains suggested activities that will assist students in gaining insight into the processes of sex-role development. (Author)

Describes the process involving changes to the present curriculum, with the most significant variable being the teacher created atmosphere.
