College students (N=136) completed a questionnaire indicating the relative likelihood that they would turn to seven potential help-givers with personal or career problems. For personal problems, students indicated they would turn to a close friend for help. For career problems, students would seek help from a professional. (Author)

A 14-item questionnaire was administered to 240 White middle class high school students to assess the seriousness of typical adolescent problems. The three most worrisome problems were physical appearance, careers, and grades. Sex, age, and college v work-bound differences are discussed. The questionnaire is included. (Author/SJL)

Surveys of 70 male and 80 female community college students about their attitudes toward abortion, sexual behavior, and life problems support abortion rights. Antiabortion students were more religious, less sexually active, and less likely to know someone who had an abortion. Many students currently experienced serious problems. (SLD)
