Comparison of Perceived Occupational Stress Between Teachers Who Are Contented and Discontented in their Career Choices.

Surveyed 691 teachers to investigate whether those who regretted their career choice differed in perceived occupational stress from those who were content. Results showed 52 percent of the teachers would not choose teaching again. They were absent more often and reported stress as a factor in their absences. (JAC)
