The Psychological Screening Inventory (PSI) was administered to 1,123 subjects in the 13-16 year age range. This group was divided into groups less likely and a more likely to appear in court. The Screening Test of Academic Readiness (STAR) and the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test (PPVT) were administered to 52 kindergarten children to reveal the convergent validity of IQ scores derived from the STAR.
