A validity study of the OCD Questionnaire instrument for assessing organizational climate in the schools concludes that (1) the prototypic profile is not useful, and (2) subtests of the OCDQ tap and measure important aspects of the organizational climate of secondary schools. (Author)

New data on retest reliabilities for three parental questionnaires, designed to measure children's temperaments at six months and at one and two years of age, were obtained with independent samples. The results showed a general level of retest reliability which was comparable to that of most temperament studies. (Author/RH)

Describes the development and psychometric properties of the Memory Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (MSEQ), a self-report measure of memory ability and confidence. Examined the construct validity of the Middle Childhood Temperament Questionnaire. Factor analysis revealed five factors.
