The potential effectiveness of computer-assisted instruction (CAI) as a medium to provide continuing pharmaceutical education was evaluated. Data obtained indicated school counselors evaluated about 40 percent of guidance program activities included in a questionnaire, but only 19 percent were formally evaluated. An evaluation instrument, DataPac, was developed and pilot-tested to assess the efficacy of corporate health promotion programs. This article reports results of a study to evaluate the DataPac questionnaire for construct validity, criterion validity, and stability reliability.
