To develop the skill of critical ethical thinking, a two-component model was developed for ethics instruction in the College of Pharmacy at Xavier University of Louisiana. Skill development takes place by requiring students to find and define solutions to ethical dilemmas by applying and refining ethical theory. (Author/MLW)
