Assessed were the abilities of 50 normal 5-to 9-year-old children and 30 learning disabled 7-to 9-year-old children to recognize temporal patterns presented visually and auditorially (intramodal abilities) and to vocally produce the patterns whether presentation was visual or auditory (intramodal and cross-modal abilities).
