Investigated employment outcome of industrially injured rehabilitation cases (N=216) grouped by those who remained unemployed, those who returned to work with same employer, and those who returned with different employer. Found that preinjury demands of job and residual physical capacity accounted for majority of group differences. (Author/CM)
