A study of counselor use of the survey feedback approach in dealing with human relations problems was presented. Results of the pilot study suggest that this is a viable method for planning and implementing organizational and individual change in school settings. (JC)

A ten-week program of large-group instruction, task-oriented interaction, and field study resulted in significantly greater empathy on the part of teachers toward minority persons--an attitude change still in evidence two and one-half months after program completion. (MB)
