Included are a summary of state regulations, which discuss matters such as citizenship and loyalty oath requirements, certification and fees for foreign exchange teachers, and retirement and credits for American exchange teachers; a table listing exchange policy regulations for all 50 states; and a brief history and description of the U.S. Office of Education's Teacher Program.
