The study adds further support to Rogers' process theory both in the direction of movement and the kinds of changes individuals make under the stated conditions. In addition, the study suggests that the weekend format induces greater process movement than in weekly time limited groups. (Author)

This report deals with the measurement of personality changes employing two modes of statistical treatment of data derived from two modes of group confrontation procedures. One group met for 12 weekly three-hour sessions. The other group met in an intensive group confrontation procedure for a continuous 38-hour session. (Author)

The nature and development of interpersonal perceptions in a T group were studied. Results indicate that group members' perceptions are relatively complex and change markedly over sessions in ways consistent with current theories of group development.
