This is the report of a study accomplished in two separate parts: (1) Part I dealt with evaluation of an existing course of instruction in human relations at The Moraine Park Technical Institute, and (2) Part II dealt with the development of a proposed course of instruction in human relations for the technical institute. This article describes incorporation of the goals of personal growth, knowledge of group process, and application of process groups in professional settings into a course. Evidence that students participating in the course tended to respond more freely to each other, justified the continuation of similar courses in the curriculum. (Author)
