A study of counselor use of the survey feedback approach in dealing with human relations problems was presented. Results of the pilot study suggest that this is a viable method for planning and implementing organizational and individual change in school settings. (JC)

Describes two programs in which a counselor eudcation faculty has contributed to the improvement of teacher education.
