This article presents the results of a study which examined schools and libraries in Sweden. During a five-month period 40 libraries and 150 classrooms were surveyed to assess the adequacy of their facilities, budgets, collections, staffs, and services. To improve its service, the Offa (Nigeria) township library conducted a user study. The investigation found that 51% of users were students ages 19 and below and that 78% were males.
