The commitment of a small liberal arts college to academic and administrative computer use and to the computer literacy of its students is described and illustrated. Some of the potential problems are discussed, including faculty burnout, the institution-wide impact of program development, and additional planning needs. (MSE)

A study of two colleges investigated whether posttenure college faculty evaluation is a feasible option for faculty revitalization and development. Results suggest posttenure review may be beneficial for institutions and faculty, but will have little effect on faculty performance. Further examination of posttenure review is recommended. (MSE)
