The Guidebook is organized into three sections that cover topics ranging from how to frame your College Promise program to evaluating and implementing it. Each section includes embedded tools and exercises to help you organize your thinking about core program structure and functionality, and a cost estimator tool can also be downloaded and customized to your program. Research summaries and examples from the field are embedded throughout to help you learn from other programs and to make evidence-based decisions about your own program design and implementation.
