"Do Handicapped Children Have a Legal Right to a Minimally Adequate Education?"
McClung, Merle
Journal of Law and Education, 3, 2, 153-173, Apr 74

Neither case deals directly with the right to an "adequate" education. Presents arguments lawyers could present in raising this adequacy issue. (JF)
