The practice of comprehensive or total patient care at the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry student clinics is described. In response to current reviews the system is preparing for innovations designed to enhance the delivery of care and maximize the student educational experience. (MLW)

This article is a review of studies on whether vocational schools are an effective educational device for training the youth of developing countries to enter the world of work.
