This paper describes a computer program which tests all pairwise comparisons of adjusted means in analysis of covariance by using Tukey-Kramer Test. Provided is a description of three methods for testing certain types of a priori hypotheses about differences among covariance matrices. A two-step procedure is developed for the analysis of pretest-posttest data. Nonlinear canonical correlation analysis is followed by covariance analysis of optimally scaled pretest and posttest measures. The procedure is available in the computer program CANALS.
