Discusses research applications of the Tasks of Emotional Development (TED), a projective test designed for children. Independent research studies are surveyed with an emphasis on the ways the TED Test has been employed as a personality and adjustment measure. Suggestions are made regarding future uses. The study compared human figure drawings (using the Goodenough-Harris Drawing Test and Koppitz' Emotional Indicators) of 26 hearing-impaired and 26 normal-hearing children and adolescents.
