Results following a 10-week treatment period indicated the Adlerian group counseling with significant adults (parents or teachers) was more effective in reducing behavior problems than eclectic group counseling directly with the children regardless of grade level. The effects of a simple timeout procedure on the eye gouging and head wagging behavior of a totally blind, seven-year-old child were studied. Drug misuse of prescription and OTC drugs was studied among 67 older subjects to determine the frequency of misuse and relationship to various psychosocial, medical and pharmacological factors.
