A questionnaire, duplicated in this article, is a class activity for studying the collective-bargaining process for public employees. Students survey teachers, administrators, and custodial staff in their school to determine employee attitudes about the process.

Because an evaluation component is necessary for courses dealing with labor topics, this article discusses standardized economic tests, objective tests, test items, evaluating student work, attitude and opinion tests, and internal and external evaluations. (ND)
