Changes in Relationships after Sensitivity Training.

Data show three patterns of response to the sensitivity training experience, an enhanced rate of change in some opposite sex relationships, more satisfaction with various types of elders, and dissatisfaction coupled with a possibly declining rate of change among same-sex work equals. (Author)

Sources of Influence in the Sensitivity Training Laboratory

This research is based on the premise that sensitivity training effects are explicable in terms of processes of social influence. Subjects were participants in a residential 5-day training laboratory. Results indicated that no single strong source of influence could be discerned. Implications are discussed. (NG)
