A computer-assisted literature search identified publications that were written for student-affairs administrators and had as their primary focus lesbian, gay, and bisexual issues. Articles were reviewed in chronological order to identify themes and transitions. Recommendations for authors interested in advancing this literature are offered. (EMK)
