Described the prediction of actual occupation from expressed vocational choice when enhanced by measures of career development. Subjects were junior class members of a national study who were working three years later (N=1,994). The Assessment of Career Development (ACD) scales did not contribute to the predictive accuracy of vocational choice. (Author/JAC)
