Wang, Li-fei; Heppner, P. Paul; Berry, Thomas R.
Journal of Counseling Psychology, v44 n2 p245-55 Apr 1997
Examines the relationship between gender-related personality traits and psychological adjustment. Results indicate that the different gender-related personality traits influence corresponding aspects of psychological adjustment through two mediational components: problem-solving appraisal and perceived social support. Gender-related personality traits have an indirect effect through mediating factors. (RJM)
