Several methodological issues related to Carkhuff's human relations training model are discussed with an emphasis on developing research guidelines. Each discussion of an issue is accompanied by research guidelines for evaluating the present literature and conducting further research. Several research suggestions are offered which might resolve logical gaps. (Author)
