Whaley, Arthur L.
Journal of Black Psychology, v35 n4 p485-494 2009
In a recent study, Kellow and Jones apply the stereotype threat paradigm to a sample of African American students attending an urban high school. The purpose of this commentary is to provide a conceptual and methodological critique of Kellow and Jones's study.
