Effects of Problem-Based Scheduling on Patient Waiting and Staff Utilization of Time in a Pediatric Clinic.
Callahan, Nancy M.; Redmon, William K.
Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, v20 n2 p193-99 Sum 1987
