This article focuses on the evolution of school projects in three areas of concern: appreciation of different cultures, understanding world problems, and commitment to international cooperation. This article examines the role of the school in France, West Germany, Hungary, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom in making children sensitive to the Third World and the problems of development. Proposals designed to strengthen the schools' role are included. (DE)
