Through a questionnaire, members of the ACRL Discussion Group of Personnel Officers of Research Libraries rated the relative importance of 43 items commonly found on resumes. From the data collected a model resume is suggested, identifying elements that are of greatest importance and interest to academic libraries seeking librarians. (Author)
