Five-Year Blood Pressure Control and Mortality Following Health Education for Hypertensive Patients.

Three health education interventions for urban poor hypertensive patients were introduced in a randomized factorial design. A three-hour, two-stage workshop for staff nurses on providing education and psychological support to 148 patients who had abdominal surgery.
