Vermont's adaptation of a federal Resource Agent Program (RAP), designed to meet the in-service training needs of teachers, is described in this final report. Part of a complete dissemination system, RAP was funded as a pilot program to initiate a collection of Vermont-originated resources to be entered into a state educational database. Described in a discussion of the special purpose grant which funded the project are grant renewal, amendments, and the administrative process. A discussion of the overall impact of the project, also in the grant report, is based on workshop evaluations. The aspects of evaluation is treated more fully in an appendix, which presents participant views both through comments and through two sets of questionnaires distributed after the workshops. Participants were questioned on perceived benefits, efficiency of organization, quality of communication, and most and least useful aspects of the workshops. The two survey instruments and a RAP catalog of training sessions are included. Other appendices to the final report are forms and letters used, a timeline of RAP program activities, materials used at a RAP training session, and two quarterly grant reports. (SW)
