Time Is a Social Construct: Using Time Perception to Mitigate Time Stress
About Campus, v27 n5 p4-9 Nov-Dec 2022
"What is time anyway?" This is a question more and more people have asked themselves as quarantine and COVID-19 dramatically shake up routines and throw concepts of time into flux. The author started to think about this question during their graduate work at Ohio University when talking to students who were "too busy" and "didn't have enough time" for things. This article investigates what time is, why people are stressed out about it, and, most importantly, what can be done to combat time stress.
