A computer software graphics/text program was used with a group of behavior-disordered and learning-disabled students (ages 10-13) to design and produce Christmas cards and related print products as a class project. Results of classroom research are reported which analyzed the spelling errors of 60 low-achieving students (ages 9-11), as well as lists of words students indicated they wanted to learn.
