This report provides an annotated listing of 30 institutions receiving grants from the U.S. Department of Education under the College Library Technology and Cooperation Grants Program during 1992 in the following four categories: (1) networking grants; (2) combinations grants; (3) services to institutions; and (4) research and demonstration. These awards support networking and resource-sharing activities and are made primarily to academic libraries, although state and public libraries and other non-profit organizations are eligible. Also included are several institutions receiving grants under the categories of (1) non-competing continuations, and (2) biotechnology education information demonstration project grants. The listing format includes the following information: college name, address, and phone number(s); the appropriated amount and number of years involved; and the name and description of the project. Also included is a summary listing of the colleges and universities receiving grants, the amount funded, and subtotals of funding in each category. (GLR)
