This catalog, the fourth edition issued by the U.S. Office of Education, provides current information on the state facilitator projects presently operating in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. It is designed especially for use by state facilitators and developer/demonstrators in the National Diffusion Network (NDN) and in other projects approved by the Joint Dissemination Review Panel. All educators interested in the improvement of learning opportunities in schools could find it useful. The one-page descriptions for each state provide a picture of the linking operations sponsored by the state facilitator projects in the NDN. Arranged alphabetically by state, each description provides information on project staff, special resources, outreach strategies, special emphasis, criteria for selection of adopter districts, financial assistance policies, budget, and contact name.
