The importance of official school board minutes cannot be overemphasized in these times involving numerous litigable issues and controversies. The sole evidence as to what exactly occurred during a school board meeting is found in such minutes. Accordingly, it is appropriate to provide assistance to the school superintendent or designated administrative official who is responsible for organizing and conducting regular and/or special school board meetings during the course of the fiscal year.
