Noland, Melody Powers; Feldman, Robert H. L. – Health Education (Washington D.C.), 1985
A study of 215 women aged 25 to 65 was conducted to determine the relationship between their participation in regular, vigorous exercise and their exercise locus of control, health values, physical appearance values, physical fitness values, attitudes toward physical activity, and barriers to exercise.
