Comprehensive guidance and counseling programs (CGCPs) can play a valuable role in the development of multicultural student-citizens. Analysis of the key features of CGCPs and multicultural citizenship education appears to reveal a number of commonalities. Suggestions for school counselors on practically infusing multicultural citizenship education into their CGCPs are provided. (Contains 84 references.) (GCP)
