This is a report on a training session conducted for the board members of the New Brunswick Indian Arts and Crafts Association with the aim of outlining purposes of the Association, and assisting in drawing up plans for a formal administrative structure among arts and crafts organizations. An administrative manual containing terms of reference between Indian National, Provincial, and Territorial Arts and Crafts Organizations was agreed upon. This paper contains reports on the meetings, the agendas, statements of purpose, and drafts of the final organizational structure. (JD)
