Presented are the proceedings of a national workshop, titled "Media as an Instructional Aid with the Deaf-Blind", designed to introduce new ideas, techniques, and approaches to media production methods for the deaf-blind and to examine copyright laws as they pertain to reproduction of materials for educational use.
