Summarizes the objectives, conceptual model, results, and implications of a project called Foster Care Training: A Comprehensive Approach, in British Columbia, Canada, which was designed to illustrate ways in which a networking model can provide increased support and training for participating foster parents. The growing need for holistic interventions with at-risk families supports the need for an integrated services delivery model in Canada. The case management approach used by two different projects is presented with case study illustrations. Treatment planning, termination, and implications for school counselors are discussed. (EMK)
