Fifteen national organizations involved in research, policy analysis, and/or implementation of state youth education and employment activities are described. This directory is intended to be a resource for persons responsible for adjusting programs to the requirements of the new federal employment and training legislation, the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA). The description of each organization includes its mission, structure, funding, activities, additional areas of focus, periodicals, and publications.
