Describes a study of the perceptions of 245 human resource development specialists concerning the technical, human relations, problem-solving, and basic skills of Illinois community college vocational/technical graduates. Nursing and allied health program graduates received the highest ratings. Overall, graduates were rated highest in human relations and lowest on problem-solving skills. (DMM)
