Due Process for School Administrators.
Nolte, M. Chester
Due process as a legal right was enormously expanded in the 1960's by means of the civil rights movement. While school administrators, because of the unique services they provide and the relationship they have with school board members, are one of the last minorities to be accorded full due process rights, these rights are on the way. As more litigation appears, the relatively weakened lot of the school administrator will undoubtedly change for the better. (Author/JF)
