Ferguson, Cecile; Ward, James – Australia and New Zealand Journal of Developmental Disabilities, 1987
Two specific purpose, special education programs serving severely developmentally disabled children and youth in Australia are examined in light of three evaluation studies. The paper concludes that such specifically targeted funds can result in a systems impact beyond what could be predicted from the relatively modest fund allocation. (Author/DB)
